Rehab Services, LLC can process your insurance claim for the rental of the CPM Machine.  This includes securing the appropriate Certificate of Medical Necessity (Rx), Pre-Certification, Authorizations and submission of the claim.  All co-insurance and deductibles are subject to your contract with your insurance carrier.
