Company Information
Rehab Services, LLC was founded on March 21, 2001 and specializes in the rental of CPM Machines for the Knee and Shoulder joints. The current owner, Shawn Smith has been with Rehab Services as a sales representative since its inception. In February 2008, he bought the company and continues to focus on excellence in patient service. Effective December 18, 2008, Rehab Services, LLC received Accreditation through CHAP (Community Health Accreditation Program). Accreditation is the mechanism for recognizing excellence in community health practice and is required by Medicare in order to maintain billing privileges. We are proud to be recognized as an Accredited Durable Medical Equipment Provider.
